Cut potatoes into 1 inch pieces
Rinse under running water for 1 min
Steam potatoes about 20 - 25 minutes
Melt butter in milk. Add salt and pepper.
Remove from heat and cover to keep warm
Heat potatoes in dutch oven to dry out. (I don't usually do this.)
Break up potatoes with a mixer on low speed.
Gradually add in milk mixture
Mix at high for a couple of minutes
