Crack two eggs in a ring (if available).
Cook approximately 5 minutes over medium heat. The whites should be turning opaque throughout the ring.
Pierce the yolks and drag them around a bit. This is optional but makes for a more manageable sandwich. If messy is your desire, leave yolks intact.
Flip eggs and place american cheese slice on top. Cook another minute or so until whites are cooked and cheese has a chance to melt a bit. This pan is a bit messy as the eggs were flipped in the pan, sans spatula.
Lightly butter toasted bagel and place eggs on top of one half. Split bacon pieces in half and place on top.
Add other bagel half and enjoy! Bon Appetit.
