Vinegar Peppers

Ingredients

  • 4 Green Bell Peppers
  • 2 cup White Vinegar
  • 8 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt

Instructions

  • Bring Vinegar and salt to boil. This step is optional but it blanches the peppers and makes them ready sooner, and more tender
  • Clean and cut peppers into approx 1 inch squares Stuff into appropriate number of mason jars
  • Cover with vinegar and add garlic and seal up
  • They should be ready in a couple of days
