Vinegar Peppers
Ingredients
- 4 Green Bell Peppers
- 2 cup White Vinegar
- 8 Garlic Cloves
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
Instructions
- Bring Vinegar and salt to boil. This step is optional but it blanches the peppers and makes them ready sooner, and more tender
- Clean and cut peppers into approx 1 inch squares Stuff into appropriate number of mason jars
- Cover with vinegar and add garlic and seal up
- They should be ready in a couple of days
