Bacon egg and cheese bagel
Ingredients
- 1 Bagel
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Slices bacon
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 Slice american cheese
Instructions
- Crack two eggs in a ring (if available).
- Cook approximately 5 minutes over medium heat. The whites should be turning opaque throughout the ring.
- Pierce the yolks and drag them around a bit. This is optional but makes for a more manageable sandwich. If messy is your desire, leave yolks intact.
- Flip eggs and place american cheese slice on top. Cook another minute or so until whites are cooked and cheese has a chance to melt a bit. This pan is a bit messy as the eggs were flipped in the pan, sans spatula.
- Lightly butter toasted bagel and place eggs on top of one half. Split bacon pieces in half and place on top.
- Add other bagel half and enjoy! Bon Appetit.
