Lou's Angel Biscuits
Ingredients
- 1 cake yeast
- 1 tbsp lukewarm water
- 5 cups flour
- 1 cup shortening
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp sugar
Instructions
- Dissolve yeast in water
- Cut shortening into dry ingredients
- Add buttermilk and yeast
- Store in fridge
- Bake at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes
